Review On Neverwinter Nights 2
Ok this is my review on NWN2 or neverwinter nights 2
the first thing i want to mention is the camera.
it is so slow to move and is super annoying definitely someone should fix up in a patch(and yes i know there are other camera modes but none of them really meet what i like in 3rd person cameras) the turning of your character is another annoying thing like oh my god, i cant count the number of times i have died turning around to run not to die...so god damn frustrating.
ok on to the optimistic side
i really enjoy the story its in depth and very involving and is everything one would hope for story wise, the magic is excellent but yet for some reason as a mage i can only cast my spells once before i need to rest to "recharge" them. i would much prefer a cooldown time to the spells (Mod ideas anyone?!?). the fact of that there are no skills for most of the warrior classes and the rogue frustrated me i need to sneak up to some noob and stab him in the back not just repeatedly hit him. the idea of prestige classes is stupid. there should be just normal classes and yes i do like the idea of multi classing but for gods sake put a 2 limit on it like once you finish the game you'll be known as sir galdohar the mage monk fight warlock palemaster necromancer conjurer paladin rogue assassin the great like what the fuck!!!
also the update system when i bought the game i put it in and let it updateit took ages downloading all this shit i didnt need like make one mega patch to solve your damned problem not 26 like ffs.
the textures were o.k...for a game thats 2-3 years old (ish) but maybe someone could do a full texture replacment pack(you have my download) or maybe a system replacer so its cooldown magic system not this "can-only-cast-this-spell-before-i-need-to-rest" bullshit system
